- SugarSynce allows users to upload and access files from a remote server storage network. Currently Sharpcast provides the service using Amazon's storage network. The service allows users to increase telecommuting because they have access to all their files from offsite locations. Also, it provides an option for back up storage of files. To use one needs to install a software application on their mobile device and it is usable for both Windows and Apple systems.
- In my opinion this is an leading edge service to the future of telecommuting and business communication. By utilizing a storage network like Amazon a company would need to spend less on hardware and storage devices. The back up feature allows protection of potential data losses. Most important it will allow users to increase productivity by always being able to interact with vital information stored.
